Veritas Data LLC is a Florida limited liability company that operates FleetIQ, a cloud-based fleet management platform. We are the data controller for information we collect about users of our Service. For Customer Data (your fleet, vehicle, driver, and operational data), you are the data controller and we act as a data processor on your behalf.

FleetIQ is used by organizations to manage their drivers and employees. If you are a driver or employee whose data has been entered into FleetIQ by your employer:
We collect GPS location data from vehicles through telematics integrations. This data is associated with vehicles, not individual drivers, unless your employer has configured driver assignment.
When you enable integrations with third-party platforms, those platforms' privacy policies also apply:

FleetIQ uses browser local storage (not traditional cookies) to store your authentication token and session preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics services that track you across websites.
We may use basic server-side logging to track page views and API usage for security monitoring and performance analysis. This data is tied to your account activity, not shared with advertisers.
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
